By completing a reservation with Amwaj Al Bahar Yacht Rental, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions.\n<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"policy-grid\">\n\n<div class=\"policy-card\">\n<h2>Booking Confirmation<\/h2>\n<p>\nA reservation becomes confirmed only after full or agreed payment has been successfully received and approved by Amwaj Al Bahar Yacht Rental.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"policy-card\">\n<h2>Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n<p>\nAll confirmed bookings are considered final and non-refundable. Once a reservation has been confirmed, no refund shall be issued unless expressly stated within this policy.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"policy-card\">\n<h2>Rescheduling Requests<\/h2>\n<p>\nGuests may request to reschedule their booking only if the request is submitted at least 30 days prior to the scheduled charter date.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nAll rescheduling requests remain subject to yacht availability, operational requirements, and approval by the company.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nRequests submitted within 30 days of the charter date will not be accepted and the full booking value will be forfeited.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"policy-card\">\n<h2>Force Majeure<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nAmwaj Al Bahar shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, or interruptions resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Adverse weather conditions<\/li>\n<li>Coast Guard restrictions<\/li>\n<li>Marine safety requirements<\/li>\n<li>Government regulations<\/li>\n<li>Political events or conflicts<\/li>\n<li>Public emergencies<\/li>\n<li>Natural disasters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\nIn such circumstances, guests may be offered a rescheduled charter date or a future booking credit. Refund requests will be considered solely at the discretion of the company.\n<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"policy-card\">\n<h2>Cancellation by Amwaj Al Bahar<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nThe company reserves the right to cancel or postpone any charter due to safety concerns, technical issues, operational requirements, weather conditions, or directives from relevant authorities.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nWhere possible, an alternative charter date will be offered.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nIf rescheduling is not feasible, any payments received will be refunded within 21 working days.\n<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"policy-card\">\n<h2>Late Arrival & No Show<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nGuests are required to arrive at the designated departure location on time.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nLate arrivals may result in a reduction of charter time without extension, refund, or compensation.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nFailure to attend the booking without prior notice shall be treated as a no-show and the booking will be considered fully consumed.\n<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"policy-card\">\n<h2>Claims & Service Concerns<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nAny concerns regarding the charter experience must be reported immediately during the trip to the captain or booking representative.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nClaims submitted after completion of the charter without supporting evidence may not be accepted.\n<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"policy-card\">\n<h2>Refund Processing<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nWhere a refund is approved by Amwaj Al Bahar, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever
