By making a booking, guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms.\n<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"term-card\">\n<h2>1. Safety Requirements<\/h2>\n<p>\nAll guests participating in swimming or water sports activities must wear approved life jackets at all times. Guests remaining inside the yacht cabin are not required to wear life jackets.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAny penalties or fines resulting from non-compliance with safety regulations shall be the sole responsibility of the guest.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"term-card\">\n<h2>2. Captain's Authority<\/h2>\n<p>\nThe Captain has full authority over the safe navigation and operation of the yacht, water sports equipment, passengers, and crew.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe Captain reserves the right to prohibit any activity considered unsafe or likely to endanger guests, crew members, or property.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"term-card\">\n<h2>3. Liability Disclaimer<\/h2>\n<p>\nGuests participate in all recreational activities at their own risk, including swimming, fishing, jet ski, jet car, parasailing, banana boat rides, donut rides, and other water sports activities.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAmwaj Al Bahar accepts no liability for personal injury, accidents, illness, loss, additional expenses, or death arising from participation in any activity.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"term-card\">\n<h2>4. Children Onboard<\/h2>\n<p>\nParents and legal guardians are solely responsible for supervising children onboard.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nCrew members are not childcare providers and shall not be responsible for monitoring or supervising children during the charter.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"term-card\">\n<h2>5. Footwear & Dress Code<\/h2>\n<p>\nOnly flat, non-marking deck shoes, trainers, or barefoot access are permitted onboard.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nHigh-heeled shoes are strictly prohibited. Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and suitable sun protection.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"term-card\">\n<h2>6. Damage Responsibility<\/h2>\n<p>\nThe charterer assumes full financial responsibility for any loss or damage caused to the yacht, onboard equipment, or water sports equipment by themselves or any member of their group during the charter period.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"term-card\">\n<h2>7. Photography & Marketing<\/h2>\n<p>\nPhotos and videos may be captured during the charter for promotional and marketing purposes.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nGuests who do not wish to appear in promotional materials should notify the crew before departure.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"term-card\">\n<h2>8. Disputes & Complaints<\/h2>\n<p>\nAll services are delivered according to the selected package and booking agreement.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAny concerns or complaints must be reported immediately during the charter to the Captain or booking representative.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nClaims submitted after the trip without supporting evidence may not be considered.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"term-card important\">\n<h2>9. Cancellation & Rescheduling<\/h2>\n<p>\nAll payments are strictly non-refundable.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nRescheduling requests are accepted only when submitted at least 30 days before the scheduled charter date and remain subject to availability.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nRequests made within 30 days of the booking date will be declined and the full booking amount will be forfeited.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"term-card\">\n<h2>10. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n<p>\nAmwaj Al Bahar shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including adverse weather conditions, government restrictions, marine safety requirements, political situations, conflicts, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nGuests may be offered an alternative booking date or credit note for future use. Refunds remain solely at the discretion of the company.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"term-card\">\n<h2>11. Charter Cancellation by Amwaj Al Bahar<\/h2>\n<p>\nThe company reserves the right to postpone or cancel a charter due to unsafe weather conditions, mechanical failure, Coast Guard restrictions, operational requirements, or directives issued by UAE authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nWhere possible, an alternative date will be arranged. If rescheduling is not feasible, payments already received will be refunded within 21 working days.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"term-card\">\n<h2>12. Arrival Time<\/h2>\n<p>\nGuests must arrive at the designated departure point at the agreed time.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAny delay or failure to arrive on time may result in a reduction of charter duration without compensation.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"term-card\">\n<h2>13.
