Yacht Charter Agreement
Terms & Conditions

The person who made the booking must present a valid ID (original or digital copy) matching the booking details. The company reserves the right to refuse service if a valid ID is not provided.

All guests should wear life jackets at all times during swimming and water sports. If guests remain inside the yacht cabin or indoor areas, life jackets are not required.

Failure to follow safety instructions resulting in Coast Guard or Police fines will be the full responsibility of the customer/client.

The Captain has total authority over seamanship, safe navigation, watersports, crew, passengers and all onboard equipment. The Captain may prohibit any unsafe activity.

No liability is accepted for any personal injury during recreational activities including swimming, fishing, jet ski, jet car, parasailing, banana boat, donut ride or any other water sports.

No anti-social behavior will be accepted and will be reported to the Police. Such behavior may result in early termination of the charter.

No liability or responsibility is accepted for any loss or additional expenses resulting from accident, injury, sickness or death.

Children onboard are the sole responsibility of parents or guardians. The crew will not be responsible for child supervision.

Flat non-marking shoes or trainers are permitted. High heels are not allowed onboard. Comfortable clothing and sun protection are recommended.

The client assumes full financial liability for any damage caused to the yacht or watersport equipment by the client or any member of their party.

Photos or videos may be taken during the charter for promotional purposes. Please inform the crew if you prefer not to be included.

All services are delivered according to the booked package. Any concerns must be reported on the day of the trip directly to the Captain or booking agent. Post-trip claims require evidence.

All payments are strictly non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted only if requested at least 30 days before the booking date and subject to availability.

In cases beyond company control including weather, wars, conflicts, political situations, government restrictions or marine safety requirements, Amwaj may offer rescheduling or credit note options.

Amwaj reserves the right to cancel or postpone a charter due to weather conditions, mechanical failure, Coast Guard restrictions or UAE authorities' decisions. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 21 working days.

Guests must arrive at the scheduled time. Any delay or failure to arrive will be at the charterer's expense.
