T Terms & Conditions for Amwaj

All guest should wear life jackets all the time during swimming and water Sports. If you will stay inside the cabin, no need to wear it.

2-      Failing to flow rule number 1 , which result to coast guard / police fines. It will be customer/client full responsibility.

3-      All charter passengers must provide personal identification of either their Passport or Emirates ID as requested by UAE Coastguard Regulations . Anyone without personal identification will not be permitted onboard. Any delay caused by failure to provide the proper identification will be at the charterer’s expense.

4-      The Captain has total authority over seamanship and the safe navigation of the yacht and watersport, its crew and passengers. The Captain has total authority over the safe use of all equipment onboard and may prohibit activities deemed to be unsafe.

5-      Guest must nominate a person as head of the group prior to vessel leaving the berth, which will be authorized to coordinate all activates on board by consent of the captain and sign this document on their behalf.

6-      Amwaj Al Bahar Boats and Yachts Chartering reserves the right to cancel or postpone a charter due to poor weather conditions, mechanical failure with, Coastguard restrictions or UAE Law enforcement decrees. In this instance, the charter will be rearranged. If this is not possible, any charter fees already paid will be returned in full  in 7 working days.

7-      No liability is accepted for any personal injury during any recreational activity including swimming, fishing, parasailing, banana boat, dount ride or any other water sports

8-      No anti-social behavior will be accepted and will be reported to the Police. Anti-Social behavior will result in the early termination of the charter.

9-      No liability or responsibility is accepted for any loss or additional expenses incurred as a result of accident, injury, sickness or death.

10-    Any children onboard are the sole responsibility of their parents or guardians. The crew will not be responsible for children and are not child-minders.

11-    Flat non-marking soled deck shoes or trainers are permitted onboard. Shoes with heals are not permitted to be worn onboard. Comfortable clothing and suntan protection are recommended.

12-    The client/company assumes full financial liability for any damage to the Yacht , watersport equipment caused during the duration of the rental by client/company or any members of their party. A fee of AED 5,000 for each carpet or seat burn.

13-    21 days notice period is required for cancellations in order to receive full refund  after 25% cancellation fees., If Cancellations are notified to us within 21 days of the tour – No Refund will be provided and we will charge the full rental amount.

14-    Yachts cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Failing to flow this rule which result to coast guard / police fines. It will be customer/client full responsibility.
